Bespoke Commission - The Pond Chaise
An exciting bespoke commission to transform a dilapidated Victorian chaise into a colourful, unique piece of furniture.
My client was inspired by the garden pond and it's wildlife plus the creatures who also came regularly to visit and drink from the pond.
Working in collaboration with Felter, Eve Marshal who created wet felted pieces which were then appliqued onto the upholstery fabric.
This is the first time I have ever been asked to include crested newts and damsel flies in a project!
