Felted Check Mitten
The felted wool mitten is hand loomed on a domestic knitting machine using dead stock British spun lambswool. Firstly the fabric is knitted in one piece then felted to create a soft, insulating fabric that can be cut without fraying. The fabric is then careful cut using a pattern with a fully fashioned thumb and sewn together using cotton thread.
