This free British Sign Language tour led by Deaf performance artist Chisato Minamimura will look in depth at each of the key artworks in Cotton: labour, land and body.
Through textiles, films and works on paper, the exhibition explores how one of the world's most ubiquitous materials has shaped the relationship between Britain and South Asia. Guests will have a chance to engage sensorily with some of the materials used in the works on display.
The event will take place at the Crafts Council Gallery, 44A Pentonville Road, London, N1 9BY.
